What are the other ordering options?
We only accept orders placed through our web-store only. We no longer provide phone order services.
How to make an order online?

Step 1
- Pick your items from the on-line menu and add each of them to Cart. - Click Checkout


- Click View Cart and then click Proceed to Checkout

Step 2
- Fill the Billing and Shipping Address. Please fill in the actual delivery address and the phone number of the delivery address so that we can contact the receiving party in case our delivery company cannot locate the place.
- Pick the delivery date and time. Please allow a lead time of 90 mins. If the desired time is not available, please move the time picker by another 5 or 10 minutes.

Step 3
- Select the delivery method. If “Free Delivery” is available, it is selected by default. You do not need to change to “Local Delivery” which is the same but is charged at a fee.

Step 4
- Select the payment method.

Step 5
- Click Proceed to Paypal to pay using your credit card or Paypal account.

Step 6
- Just wait for the food to be ready and enjoy!

How do I change my shipping address or change my order after placing it?
Please call us as soon as you can at 98807202 or 63977023 and we’ll try to modify your mailing address. Your shipping address can be modified as long as your items have not left the restaurant. Please note however that we will not be able to apply on a coupon code or any further discounts after an order has been placed. If your items have not left the restaurant and you would like to change your order item, we can only cancel your existing order and offer you a restaurant credit or voucher to be used on an alternate purchase. (please noted that we are unable to cancel your order once food has been delivered) But do try to call us anyway, and we’ll do our best to address your request.
Why can't I choose my order fulfilment time (delivery/pick up time)?
The fulfilment time is only available daily between 11.30am to 11pm, last order at 9.30pm. Please give us a buffer time of +/- 1 hour due to uncontrollable traffic conditions. The lead time is 90 minutes for the preparation and delivery to your place. If you want to receive the food urgently, please call to the restaurant 98807202 or 63977023 for the confirmation.
I have received an incorrect/missing/defective item in my order. What should I do?

We are very sorry if this really happens! Our Customer Service Centre is always trying to ensure that all food is of high quality and the correct items are packed/delivered before they leave the restaurant. In the unlikely event that your item has been delivered wrongly, please email us at info@oldhongkong.com.sg with the following information, and we will issue you a full refund, together with your delivery fee:

- Order ID
- What’s wrong, i.e., incorrect order/missing item/defective food Items Code No or Name of Dishes
- Filled return form attached.
- If possible, please provide us photos of defective food so that we can process your returns sooner.

I have issue ordering through your webstore. What should I do?
Our webstore is best supported by Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari and Mozilla Firefox. Please ensure that the browser you are using is up to date. What currency are the prices displayed?
All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (S$).
How much is the delivery charge?

- There is a flat rate at S$8 for island-wide delivery as of July 1st, 2015.

- During the initial launch months, we offer promotion for delivery. Local delivery charge will be waived if the order is more than S$80 after net off discounts or voucher/coupon used.

What payment methods are available?
We offer these payment methods:-

- Paypal – if you are an existing Paypal user, you may login your Paypal account at the Paypal confirmation page.
- Your credit or debit card – if you do not have a Paypal account.

We will continue to explore other common payment methods such as eNets. When it is available, the choice of payment methods will be shown.

PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant. You may sign up for a PayPal here.
Can I pay by Visa card or Master card without signing up for a Paypal account?

Yes, you may pay with your credit or debit card after you click “Proceed to Paypal”.

Choose the option “Pay with my Debit or Credit Card” from the Paypal confirmation page as shown below:

Where can I redeem my coupon?
There are two places in the website where you can redeem your purchased or rewarded coupon.

1. Click “View Cart” button. You will see “Apply Coupon” button. You may enter the coupon code at “Coupon Code” and click “Apply Coupon” like below.

2. When you click “Checkout”, you will see the question “Have a coupon?” at the top of the Checkout page. Click the link – “Click here to enter your code”. The following form will be shown. You may enter the coupon code and click “Apply Coupon”.

Can I use more than 1 coupon for one order payment?
Promotional coupons or discount coupons are usually used individually per order. In case otherwise specified in the terms and conditions, award coupons may be used together. You can may “apply” each coupon by following the instruction in FAQ# 15 above. You may be able to apply multiple coupons in one order.
